Each participant and performer (forum, operation session, poster) registers to the conference with an online form and pays for the entry fee.
Confirm the official invoicing address of your organisation / educational institution before filling in the registration form. After the conference, the invoice for participation shall be sent to the address indicated by the participant.
If you participate to both workshop and conference, you have to register to each of the sessions separately. The entry fees and registration forms can be found at the workshop’s programme.
Early bird registration 7/12/2017-26/3/2018:
- 200 € / 1 day (participants and performers)
- 260 € / 2 days (participants and performers)
- 130 € / 1-2 days (student, pensioner) (The price only applies to fulltime students. A study certificate or a pensioner card picture must be attached to the registration form. If the certificate is not attached, the normal 2-day entry fee is invoiced.)
Late bird registration 27/3 - 13/4/2018:
- 310 € / 1-2 days
CONFERENCE INVITATION AND NAME CARD
- The conference invitation and name card are sent by email to registered participants approx. one week before the conference.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT OF A PARTICIPANT
- The conference registration is binding. If participation is cancelled before 27/3/2018, 50% of the entry fee shall be invoiced. The entry fee is invoiced in full if cancellation takes place on or after 27/3/2018, or if cancellation does not take place at all.
- If necessary, the participant can be replaced.
